1. Select your products https://hypemariner.com/store , ask about sizing and/or measure your insole and ask us to get the correct size for you SIZE CHART. Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout.
2. Checkout. Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order.  Please make sure you put in the right email and cell number.                               
3. Order placement, normally It takes 2-3 workdays to process & fulfil your order. Any problem about size and out-stock, we will contact you immediately, so it's important to make sure you put in the right email and cell number.
4. Quality Checking. QC(quality checking) video of your items will be sent by Instagram message or WhatsApp. We recommend you WhatsApp , Which support HIGH QUALITY video and more than 60 sec. Instagram limit the video shorter than 60 sec. Contact US!                                                            
5. Shipment (Tracking NO.). Once it has been shipped, you will receive a email containing your tracking number. The email is sent by our order system. Usually the tracking number will be sent in 2-3 workdays after ship-out.
6. Delivered, please inform us once  you’ve received your PACKAGE! We love collecting Feedbacks and customers’ Photos. You will an review email 2 weeks after order placement, once Review been submit you will receive a coupon code on the next purchase.

• If size and product is wrong, we can reship or refund. You don't need to return it.

• You can submit the request to customer service within 7 days after receiving the products. The products must be returned with the original packaging and under a “Brand New” condition (not affecting the next sales)
• Please contact customer service to obtain the return address (the return address is in China, you need to bear the shipping fee)

• Order cancellations require a 4.5% cancellation fee as we need to pay the financial service provider.
• We Do Not Accept Order Cancellation after ship-out

• In the very very uncommon case in North America that your item is taxed, you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. But in many EURO countries, import tax and duty is a common case. And it usually charges from €20~ €50, we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. we do the best to under declare the product amount in an reasonable range to make the tax at its minimal. 
• Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered.Once you got the bill of import tax from Express or Custom, please pay it ASAP, many country also charges for the storage fee if you keep your parcel in custom storage for a certain long time. We recommend the european buyer who check with their country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to buying.

• In the uncommon event of a seizure by authorities or lost by express company , we will resend your shoes again with no extra charge.
• But we don't offer free resend service for Package Stolen after Package delivered by express company. We charge half price to resent your order, which means if you bought a 150 pair of shoes , we would pay $75 towards a new one.
